Change Management Team
The Change Management team works in partnership with the ITS team and we are responsible for capturing the business requirements, transforming them into solutions with the support of ITS and delivering them on time and in budget. We aim to bring about beneficial change or added value to NCFE. We organise and lead workshops and meetings which involve people from all levels of the business, asking why, what and when in a helpful and non-confrontational way. We are also responsible for planning, organising and securing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
