Call It Out: Our anti-trolling campaign

Our Call It Out campaign is bringing together industry leaders and stakeholders across the education, business and not-for-profit sectors to promote online kindness and identify ways in which we can come together and tackle the growing issue of toxic behaviour online.

How will we do this?

Online bullying is a huge factor impacting people’s mental health, and is a significant barrier in enabling people to be the best versions of themselves. We believe that bullying should be called out in all its forms.

That is why we are collaborating with experts in the field to offer practical next steps and support, demonstrating how education can be an integral part of the solution.

Movements need collaborators and we’re experienced at bringing together the best the industry has to offer. We'll focus on a different theme relating to online bullying to show how these toxic behaviours can be tackled. From staying safe online, to increasing resilience and positivity, to supporting people not to be ‘trolls’ themselves – we’ll be creating webinars, videos and articles for individuals, parents, carers, educators, employers and more.

Who we're working with

We’ve already had support from the Anti-Bullying Alliance, who is offering anti-bullying resources and training for our Call It Out campaign.

Other partners include social inclusion charity, Campaign for Learning and Fika, a mental wellbeing app used in further education settings across the country. FE News, a leader in further education-related news has also given the campaign it's backing. Other supporters include CACHE Alumni, an online resource service for people working in the care and education sectors.
