Delivering education into prisons
We understand that when it comes to delivering education into prisons, it can be challenging to meet a wide range of learning and regional needs; finding quality solutions which improve the prospect of real job outcomes for ex-offenders.
With this in mind, NCFE is able to offer an end-to-end learning solution providing the foundation for a pathway to sustainable employment and helping those leaving prison to reintegrate into society. Our solutions are flexible enough to accommodate regional differences to meet short and long term LEP priorities, and we also have strong relationships with employers in a range of sectors to facilitate useful partnerships.
NCFE has a vast amount of experience in delivering educational solutions into prisons and currently supports all of the main Prison Education Framework (PEF) providers. We work with all four main Prime contract holders – Milton Keynes College, Weston College, NOVUS and PeoplePlus – as well as providers working directly with prison governors and prisons procuring delivery services.
