You’ll have access to guidance and support on government policy and apprenticeship standards as well as our end-point assessment end to end service. This includes face to face and over the phone support from our Apprenticeship Services team.
A comprehensive suite of guides will be available for each standard, they will help apprentices (as well as employers and providers) prepare for end-point assessment - view a sample overview of the guidance documents available.
Detailed mock assessments and mock schemes will be available for individual standards and their components, ensuring apprentices have a full understanding of the assessment process and requirements. These support materials will available to employers and providers who have a contract with us for end-point assessment.
We want you to have a great experience when you work with us and we want to support you as much as possible. To help us do this, we’ll provide all of the relevant guidance and information to help you plan and coordinate end-point assessment activity within your organisation.
As well as a dedicated Apprenticeship Services team, we also have an experienced Bid team within NCFE. The support of these teams is available free of charge to support in various ways for apprenticeship bids and tenders when we are the named end-point assessment provider.
