NCFE’S employability solutions are offered in partnership with REED NCFE. We have a range of qualifications and resources designed to support education and training providers in preparing their learners for the world of work. These solutions include a range of both accredited and non-accredited learning programmes supported by online and paper-based resources, for individual learner use and classroom delivery.

In response to feedback from thousands of employers surveyed, The REED NCFE Partnership has developed a range of ‘next generation’ employability programmes of learning. Our qualifications are accredited by NCFE and whatever the age, background or circumstances of your client or learner there is a solution that will work for them.

REED NCFE also offers a Brokerage Service for organisations looking to maximise positive learner destination outcomes by supporting the journey from education and training into work, apprenticeships and work experience enhancing their own reputation for employability at the same time. It’s designed to identify vacancies from the hidden labour market and make these available exclusively to your learners, giving them a competitive advantage when searching for a jobs, apprenticeships or work experience. Our work has led to over 100,000 learners successfully making the transition from education and training into the workplace.
