You can use the qualification finder at the top right of our website, from here you can enter the title of the qualification or Qualification Ref number. You can then select the qualification that appears in the search. All the relevant information regarding the qualification is situated in the tabs along the top of the page
We have a useful site search function in which you can type a specific word or phrase and the most relevant results will appear for you to see.
The best thing to do in this instance is to contact the Centre from where you studied the qualification, they will be able to give you an update as to the status of the Certificate or Result you’re waiting on.
To request a replacement certificate you will need to complete a replacement certificate request form which can be found here.

If you want to make a complaint about us, one of our Customer Support Assistants will listen and put right whatever’s gone wrong. If you’re still unhappy, you can contact one of our Customer Support Team Leaders.

Search for the qualification you're interested in using the search box at the top of this page. Type your postcode in the black box at the bottom of the qualification page entitled 'Where can I study this qualification?' Browse the map that displays the 5 nearest centres to you which are able to deliver that qualification. Contact the centre of your choice for more information.
