Internal Assessment Sample Tasks
We’ve created a set of sample tasks for each unit which you can contextualise to suit the needs of your learners to help build up a portfolio of evidence. The tasks have been created to cover all the learning outcomes and assessment criteria for each unit and provide opportunity for stretch and challenge.
External Assessment Practice Paper
Each V Cert qualification has a practice paper to help your pupils prepare for their external assessment.
We’ve created examples of completed work to help you plan your delivery and understand the standard of work required. This document is designed to demonstrate the types of evidence that could be produced for a Pass/Merit/Distinction grade for specified unit(s) within the qualification.
We’ve put together these handy V Cert Career Cards, which are a great resource for individual and classroom based careers advice sessions. They can be used during parents evenings and Key Stage 4 options meetings. Each career card is packed full of useful information about the subject’s sector and there are lots of handy web resource links on there too. The cards include information about Level 3 qualifications and progression routes plus they each outline a wide range of job roles. FREE to download, this resource is available now.

V Certs Parent Pack
This Parent Pack contains all of the information your pupils' parents need to know about their children studying vocational qualifications and V Certs. It contains a handy Jargon Buster, information on how vocational qualifications can benefit their children, and information on NCFE and the role of Awarding Organisations. This pack is ideal for options evenings to help parents and their youngsters decide on the qualifications they'll take at Key Stage 4.
