Sample Traineeship programmes
We’ve put together a variety of sample Traineeship programmes in different industry sectors. Including regulated qualifications in your Traineeship programmes will not only add to the quality and rigour of your delivery, but learners will achieve a recognised qualification and a certificate upon completion.
They’ll also have the opportunity to transfer their achievement through credit transfer which may be particularly relevant for those progressing to an Apprenticeship or on to further learning.
Sample Traineeship programmes - Occupational Studies
Our qualifications in Occupational Studies are ideal for Traineeship programmes. Occupational Studies allows learners to develop knowledge and skills and try out roles in a range of different work sectors such as construction, retail or sport. These flexible qualifications have no rules of combination meaning that learners can mix and match and complete units from different work sectors if they don’t want to commit to one occupational area. This means the programme can be entirely tailored to each individual learner.
Sample Traineeship programmes - Secure Estate Learners (19-24)
Our qualifications in Creative Craft, Employability, Mentoring, Fitness Instructing, Hospitality, Health & Safety and Radio are ideal for Traineeship programmes. These qualifications allow learners in the secure estate aged 19-24 to develop knowledge and skills and try out roles in a range of different work sectors.
What’s more, both traineeships programmes could also include units in social and personal development and employability skills, which would cover the ‘work preparation’ element of the traineeship programme and help your learners to make the leap from to the workplace
