Skills Work

Skills Work is a psychometric test that will quickly, accurately and objectively measure a learner’s core employability skills. It allows you to identify and agree a learner’s baseline strengths and weaknesses, and then design tailored and personal learning plans based on those areas for further development.

Skills Work allows for constant tracking, meaning you can accurately track distance travelled from the start stand to end of a learner’s course, supporting action planning and measuring impact.
