Sports, leisure and facilities
Following the decision to integrate the NCFE and Active IQ end-point assessment organisations (EPAOs) into one single EPAO regulated through NCFE, we’re delighted to offer a range of end-point assessment (EPA) standards in sports, leisure and facilities.
Roles within these sectors can include, but are not limited to: Sports Coach, Personal Trainer, Facilities Management, Community Activator Coach and Outdoor Activity Instructor.
Sports, leisure, and facilities roles ensure safe, efficient operations and enhance customer experiences, driving both organisational success and community engagement. Apprenticeships in this sector are a great opportunity for on-the-job training to provide valuable workplace experience and off-the-job training that will support achieving professional qualifications.
Our EPA service for these standards will provide:

complete EPAs within eight weeks of Gateway acceptance

results from each assessment component within five working days

a dedicated Relationship Manager who’ll be on hand to support you at all stages of EPA

standards that have been developed by sector experts to ensure you are receiving the highest quality support for your EPA.
