You can find out more about NCFE’s purpose, our reach and impact, and our teams by visiting the About NCFE section of our website.
You can also find useful information on our learner support page.
You can use our qualification search tool to find more information about the qualifications that we offer.
Search using the qualification title or reference number, then select the qualification from the results. You'll find qualification details and a centre search tool on each qualification page.
Search for the qualification you're interested in using our qualification search. Enter your postcode, city or town in the 'Find a centre' section of the qualification page. The map will show nearby centres that deliver the qualification – please contact your chosen centre directly for more information.
Your school, college, or training provider will be able to tell you where your certificate or result is. Please contact them directly for an update.
To request a replacement certificate, please complete a replacement certificate request form. There is a fee for replacement certificates – please see our fees and pricing document.
If you need a replacement T Level certificate, please ask the provider you studied with. They’ll need to request the certificate from the Department for Education (DfE), as we do not issue T Level certificates.
You should first raise your complaint with the centre you studied at and follow its complaints procedure.
Once you’ve completed that process and received a final response, you can contact us if you’re still unhappy with the outcome. Please see our complaints policy for more information.
Our complaints policy explains how to raise a complaint about NCFE and what happens next.
If your centre has closed, visit our centre closures page for information and guidance on next steps.
