  • more than one hour after the published starting time for an assessment which lasts one hour or more, i.e. after 10.00am for a morning assessment or after 2.00pm for an afternoon assessment;

Overnight Supervision of Candidates with a Timetable Variation

This declaration form is required where a learner’s assessment is rescheduled to the following morning due to a timetable clash, in line with JCQ regulations. It confirms the agreed overnight supervision arrangements and ensures that the learner does not have access to any assessment content prior to sitting the paper. The form must be completed and approved before supervision commences and will be retained by the centre as part of its assessment records.
