T Level results release
As you prepare for T Level results release next week, you can find the key information you’ll need on this page.
Thank you for choosing to deliver our T Level qualifications and for your support throughout the year to ensure your students achieve the results they need for their next steps.
Since March 2026, we’ve delivered over 56,000 T Level assessments to your students. We’ve acted on your feedback and made improvements to enhance the experience you and your students have. We value your feedback and encourage you to share this with your Account Manager.
Results release: what you need to know
T Level results will be released to providers on Wednesday 12 August in preparation for students receiving them on Thursday 13 August, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. These results are embargoed and can’t be released to students until Thursday 13 August.
Checking your students’ results
Please ensure you check the results that you’ve received on the day that they’re released to you and get in touch if you have any queries so that we can resolve any issues before learners receive their results. You can contact us to query missing or incomplete results via [email protected], or through our Customer Support Team.
However, please remember that we can’t accept any post-results submissions until Thursday 13 August, as these require student consent.
Within the NCFE Portal, you’ll be able to access:
- series outcomes from summer 2026 for your cohort, as well as all previous series (where applicable)
- reports to show the current highest core component grade for all students.

How do my T Level students get their overall grades?
Please note that the NCFE Portal will only show your students’ Technical Qualification results, while their overall T Level grades will be available through the Manage T Level Results Service. We’ll submit results for students completing their T Level studies this year to the Department for Education (DfE) via the Manage T Level Results Service where you can view your students’ overall T Level grades.
The DfE calculates an overall grade for students who have met all the required elements for their T Level. As mentioned, we don’t issue the overall T Level grades, nor do we print and dispatch T Level certificates. Therefore, we recommend that you check the Manage T Level Results Service on results day, before sharing results with students, to make sure each student’s overall result is showing as expected.
For more information about overall T Level results and certification, please see the Department for Education’s results and certification pages along with our results FAQs.
How will UCAS know my T Level students’ results?
The DfE will share results with UCAS. You can find full details about T Level grades on the Gov.uk website.
Post-results services
If you have queries about student results, please view our assessment and results queries webpage for information on reviews of marking or moderation, clerical checks, or access to student assessment evidence. Key things to know:
- Any post-results service request will require the consent of your student. Therefore, you can’t submit any requests before Thursday 13 August.
- You can find the timescales for requests in our Key Dates Schedule. If you need an expedited review of marking or moderation, you need to submit your request within seven calendar days of your student receiving their result (by Thursday 20 August at the latest). We’ll resolve an expedited review within 10 calendar days of receiving the request.
- You can submit requests for reviews of marking, expedited reviews of marking and access to student assessment evidence via our Portal. Please refer to our T Level Portal User Guide.
- You can request an expedited review of moderation via a link on our enquiries about results and assessment decisions webpage. You’ll be able to access this link post-results release.
- You can request a review of marking of a single assessment or assignment, for example core paper A, or the Employer Set Project, or an examined single assignment from an occupational specialism for individual students or for an entire cohort. If you want a review of marking for a whole cohort, you have to submit one request per student.
- You can request a review of moderation on moderated occupational specialism assignments. Please note that these requests can only be made on behalf of all students in the cohort, rather than an individual student.
- If you have a query in relation to the student evidence that was submitted for your learner(s), please consider submitting a query to our Missing and Incomplete Results service, or accessing our Access to Scripts service, before considering a review of marking.
- Please note that you must complete each step of the post-results process before submitting an appeal. See more information on appeals.
Withdrawing students and changing planned end dates
Once results are released, please withdraw any students who haven’t completed, or update their planned end dates via the Portal. If you haven’t updated student records before the new term starts in September this may be classed as maladministration and we’ll need to escalate accordingly. To withdraw students or change their planned end dates, please follow the instructions in our T Level Portal User Guide.
