T Level results release | NCFE

What can we help you find?

T Level results release

As your students receive theirresultsfor the autumn 2025 assessment series and look ahead to their next steps, we’re here to support you. In preparation, we’d like to:

  • remind you of where you can find key information relating to your students’resultsand

  • share details of our post-resultsservices with you.

What results will be released and when?

We will release T Level results from our autumn 2025 series to you on Wednesday 18 March, in preparation for students receiving these on Thursday 19 March. Please note that these results are embargoed and you must not release them to students before Thursday 19 March. Within the NCFE Portal, you’ll be able to access:

  • Series outcomes from autumn 2025, as well as all previous series (where applicable).
  • Reports to show the current highest core component grade for all students.

The Department for Education (DfE) calculates the overall grade for T Level students where applicable. We don’t issue overall T Level grades, nor do we print and dispatch T Level certificates. Full details relating to overall T Level grades can be found on the Gov.uk website.

Remember: In order to be eligible for an overall core component grade, students must have completed both sub-components (core exam and ESP).

Where do I find…?
  • External assessment results: These will be available in the NCFE Portal from 12:01am (midnight) on Wednesday 18 March in the ‘Results’ area. Simply search for your batch or student using the search fields available.
  • The overview of individual student results: This is found on the series results slip.
  • The results slips: These can be generated for printing, if required, from the NCFE Portal. For support with this, please see our T Level Portal User Guide. You can select individual student results slips or download all student results slips from the batch reports dropdown.
  • An overview of my cohort’s results: This can be found within the results screen on the NCFE Portal. Current core component grades for your students, using updated autumn 2025 results, can be found on the TQ Core C report under the batch reports dropdown.
  • The overall T Level outcome for my students: Overall T Level grades are calculated by the DfE and issued through the Manage T Level Results Service for students who have met all required elements.
