Search or browse our qualifications. We offer over 1,000 qualifications across 20 sectors.
Add as many qualifications as you'd like to your basket. When you're done, request approval.
Fill out and submit the request form and centre details form.
We'll get in touch to arrange a centre visit.
After the visit, you will receive an approval email within five working days. It's that easy!
1. Search for your chosen qualification.
2. Add the qualifications you want to deliver to your basket and click ‘Apply for approval’.
3. Follow the online instructions to fill out the request form. We’ll arrange a visit from an External Quality Assurer for an approval review. This must take place within 20 working days of submitting the form, so please make sure you’re able to support a visit before you submit your application. We are not able to put your application on hold once submitted.
4. When completing the form please have the following to hand:
details of key staff - you need to include two different contacts with separate company email addresses
your UKPRN
your National Centre Number (NCN)
a landline number for the centre.

We provide two different types of services to our international customers:
Customised qualifications – these are qualifications written by you and accredited by NCFE. They are not regulated by Ofqual and are not part of a qualification framework. To enquire about this service, please complete the customised qualifications enquiry form.
Regulated qualifications – these are qualifications written by NCFE and regulated by Ofqual, using the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF). To speak to us about our regulated qualifications, please complete the regulated qualifications form.
