Making a complaint

We’re committed to providing the best products and service, however, we know that from time to time, things don’t always go according to plan
If you have a complaint regarding the centre you are studying at, or the qualification you are studying, you must firstly instigate the internal complaints procedure within your centre. This provides them with a chance to address the issues raised.
Once you have exhausted the complaints procedure at the centre you are studying at and it has been resolved but you still have concerns that you'd like to raise then please submit a complaint to NCFE.
