Request approval to deliver T Level Technical Qualifications
We want to remind you that the approval window (for delivery from September 2025) is now open for the following T Level Technical Qualifications:
- 603/5829/4 T Level Technical Qualification in Education and Childcare (Level 3) (delivered by NCFE)
- 603/7066/X T Level Technical Qualification in Health (Level 3) (delivered by NCFE)
- 603/7083/X T Level Technical Qualification in Healthcare Science (Level 3) (delivered by NCFE)
- 603/6989/9 T Level Technical Qualification in Science (Level 3) (delivered by NCFE)
Now that the approval window is open, it’s important that you complete the process to deliver the Technical Qualifications as soon as possible. This will help us to ensure that you have the right level of resources, staffing and support in place to successfully deliver the qualifications from September 2025. Please be aware, even if you’re already approved to deliver NCFE qualifications, you must still gain additional approval to deliver our T Level Technical Qualifications.
How to gain approval
You can request approval by following the steps below:
1. Visit the Technical Qualification pages using the links above.
2. Click ‘Deliver this qualification’ to request approval.
3. Follow the online instructions to fill out the request form. You’ll be allocated an External Quality Assurer to carry out an approval review and this must take place within 20 working days of submitting the form. You must ensure you’re able to support a visit within the next 20 working days before you submit your application as we’re unable to put your application on hold once submitted.
4. When completing the form, please have details of key staff, your national centre number (NCN) and UKPRN to hand. If you’re not currently an NCFE-approved centre, you’ll also be asked to upload copies of your centre policies.
