Deputy Manager
Deputy Managers support people with personal care, daily tasks, and independent living in settings like homes, residential care, or supported living. They lead and develop staff, work closely with the registered manager, and may step in to run the service in their absence.
With a focus on people management and day-to-day care, they ensure safe, high-quality support. They live out values such as kindness, respect, honesty, and flexibility. This role can also be a stepping stone toward becoming a registered manager.
