Preparing for quality assurance reviews
It's important you are fully prepared for quality assurance reviews so that you understand what is expected of you and what type of evidence needs to be made available.
All quality assurance reviews are mandatory, and the types available are:
- Approval
- Annual monitoring
- External quality assurance.
Prior to your review, you’ll receive confirmation of what evidence needs to be made available. If your review is taking place remotely, all evidence must be made available at least 48 hours ahead of the review – otherwise the review will be cancelled, and you will be charged in line with our fees and pricing guide.
Take a look at our Quality Assurance Policy and how to prepare for quality assurance reviews webpage for further information.
