Functional Skills automated feedback
For all Functional Skills assessments, you can access automated feedback reports at no extra cost.
The reports detail achievement levels against each assessed subject content statement. This supports the delivery of targeted interventions for any re-sit requirements, as well as enabling you to target areas for development as your learners progress from Level 1 to Level 2.
Accessing your learner’s score report:
Online automated feedback is accessed through the results screen of our online assessment platform Surpass. Functional Skills results are released 6 working days after the completed online assessment is received into the marking system.
- Highlight the relevant learner in the results tab and select the Candidate Report button at the bottom of the screen. You can then download the report as a PDF.
Paper based automated feedback reports are accessed from the Portal. You can view your learner results by selecting ‘Results’ from the Portal menu.
- Once you have searched for your learner, you can access the feedback report by clicking anywhere on the row of data or clicking the drop-down arrow at the far right of the row and selecting “FS Paper Based Subject Content Statement Report”
