Our SWAP guides
NCFE has created a series of Sector-based Work Academy Programme (SWAP) guides to help providers understand how SWAPs can be designed and delivered to meet the needs of learners, employers and local labour markets.
Each guide provides practical examples of how SWAPs can bring together pre-employment training, industry-relevant qualifications and workplace experience to help learners develop the skills and confidence they need to progress into employment.
Explore our sector-specific guides for examples across
- Health and Social Care
- Digital Skills
- Warehousing
- Logistics & Facilities
- Early Years & Education
- Hospitality, Aviation
- Cleaning & Facilities Management
- Multi-sector Work Readiness
Whether you're developing new SWAP provision or looking for inspiration to strengthen your existing programmes, these guides can help you identify opportunities, shape your delivery and support more learners into work.
