Multi-factor authentication (MFA) verification codes - some Portal users may experience delays receiving MFA verification emails, which could result in codes expiring before use. Our checks confirm emails are being sent successfully. If you are experiencing issues, please check your Spam, Junk, and Quarantine folders and ensure emails from "[email protected]" are permitted by your organisation's email filtering policies.

As an awarding organisation, we do not directly deliver our qualifications, we work with a network of approved centres (schools, colleges and training providers) who deliver our qualifications throughout England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
