NCFE fees and pricing 2026-27

As we approach the end of the academic year, we’d like to share some information with you about our fees and pricing for 2026-27.   
As an educational charity, we aim to keep our prices as low as possible for customers. There are many services and resources we provide with no cost attached and we want to ensure we can continue to support you in these areas moving forward.   
  
However, in line with the current financial landscape, the rate of inflation and increased costs, we'll be increasing our fees by a maximum of 3.2% which is under the current CPIH index for Ofqual related qualifications which saw an inflation rate of 3.4% (as of March 2026).  

This includes:  

• approval, administration, assessment, post-results and certification fees 
• qualification fees 
• skills assessment tools and resources 
• centre fees.  

This does not include: 

• fees for T Level Technical Qualifications which we recently shared and you can find here 
• fees for our Accreditation Services which have been sent to our Customised Qualification and Endorsed Programme customers 
• fees for end-point assessment services which were changed in January, and can be found in our fees and pricing guide.
