This training provides an excellent opportunity to connect with internal quality assurers (IQA) and further develop your knowledge and understanding internal quality assurance practices and our qualifications.

During this training, you will have the opportunity to:

• explore the general principles of the internal quality assurance process
• understand our expectations of IQA practitioners
• become familiar with our documentation and processes
• review current practices and identify opportunities for improvement
• learn how to achieve and maintain Direct Claim Status (DCS)
• network with other IQA professionals.

This training is suitable for anyone involved in internally quality assuring our qualifications, including:

• those new to internal quality assurance
• those working with our qualifications for the first time
• experienced IQAs looking to maintain or develop their CPD.
