External quality assurance support reviews

When you register learners on our qualifications, you’ll be allocated an external quality assurer (EQA), who will carry out two free reviews per quality assurance (QA) group per academic session.

If you require additional support with the delivery of your qualification, an EQA support review may be beneficial.

Support reviews are tailored to your centre’s individual needs and can provide guidance on:

• planning for qualification delivery
• understanding assessment criteria before delivery begins
• strengthening internal quality assurance processes
• addressing specific delivery or compliance challenges.

• Support reviews are available remotely or in person.
• Additional charges apply.
• Fees are outlined below and in our Fees and Pricing.
• We are unable to offer support visits for our V Cert Model 5 qualifications.
