The scenario pack presents comprehensive real-world scenarios and accompanying tasks. Aimed at delivery staff, this work pack can be used within classroom-based learning as well as independent study and adapted to suit their learner needs.

For each unit, the scenario pack introduces a scenario followed by a reflection task, scenario response questions and a role play task. Throughout this, learners can apply their theoretical knowledge to real-world situations outside of the workplace. Learners can use these scenarios to develop their reflective practice and communication skills and develop their confidence within Adult Social Care.
