How is this qualification structured?
To be awarded the Level 1 Award in Safeguarding in a Learning Environment, learners are required to successfully complete 1 mandatory unit and 3 out of 7 optional units.
How is it assessed?
To be awarded the Level 1 Award in Safeguarding in a Learning Environment, learners must successfully demonstrate their achievement of all learning outcomes and assessment criteria for the chosen units. Grades are not awarded.
The Level 1 Award in Safeguarding in a Learning Environment is internally assessed.
