This qualification is designed for learners who want to increase their knowledge, skills and understanding of mobile app development.
Who is it suitable for?
This qualification is designed for learners who are working in, or would like to work in, mobile app development. It will also support progression into relevant employment and further study in mobile app development.
What are the entry requirements?
Entry is at the discretion of the centre, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 and Northern Ireland equality law. There are no specific prior skills/knowledge a learner must have for this qualification. However, learners may find it helpful if they have already achieved a level 2 digital or information technology qualification.
How is this qualification structured?
To be awarded this qualification, learners are required to successfully achieve 6 mandatory units.
How is it assessed?
This qualification is internally assessed and externally quality assured.
Do you need to be working to take this qualification?
Learners do not need to be in employment to take this qualification.
