This qualification is designed for learners who want to increase their knowledge and understanding of blockchain.
Who is it suitable for?
This qualification is designed for learners who are working in, or would like to work in, a role where use of blockchain is a current or emerging requirement. It is ideal for those who want to consolidate their existing knowledge which can be used to assist in seeking employment or proceeding to further study in this area.
What are the entry requirements?
Entry is at the discretion of the centre, in accordance with equality legislation. However, learners should be aged 16 or above to undertake this qualification. There are no specific prior skills/knowledge a learner must have for this qualification. However, learners may find it helpful if they have already achieved a level 2 digital skills or information technology related qualification.
How is this qualification structured?
To be awarded this qualification, learners are required to successfully achieve 6 mandatory units.
How is it assessed?
This qualification is internally assessed and externally quality assured.
Do you need to be working to take this qualification?
Learners do not need to be in employment to take this qualification.
