About this qualification
This qualification is designed to provide learners with the knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSBs) relevant to developing competence in cyber security. This qualification will provide employers with reliable evidence of a learner’s attainment against occupational standard KSBs that form the minimum requirements for entry into occupation.

This qualification is suitable for learners aged 19 and above seeking employment in cyber security.
What are the entry requirements?
There are no specific prior skills/knowledge a learner must have for this qualification. However, learners may find it helpful if they have already achieved a level 2 qualification.
How is this qualification structured?
To be awarded this qualification, learners are required to successfully achieve 7 units from the graded mandatory units.
How is it assessed?
This qualification is internally assessed and externally quality assured.
How long will it take to complete this qualification?
The qualification can be completed within 1 to 2 years.
Do you need to be working to take this qualification?
Experience in the workplace is not required for this qualification.
