Students must be registered for the T Level by 1 November of their first year. Registration is essential to ensure timely access to the required assessments and moderation processes.
At the point of registration, providers will be prompted to book students for their first core component assessment series. You can select the relevant assessment window (e.g., Summer 2025) and, following the recent changes from decoupling, decide whether students will attempt both the Core Exam Paper and the Employer Set Project (ESP), or just one of these sub-components.
While Occupational Specialism bookings do not need to be made by November, it is highly recommended to book early in the Portal to initiate the moderation process. Early bookings ensure a smoother moderation experience and help prevent delays.
