When you partner with us, we’ll connect you with our curriculum support team. From one-to-one consultations to webinars, the curriculum support team will help you deliver our qualifications to the best possible standard. 

We’ll also introduce you to our External Quality Assurance (EQA) team. EQAs provide structured support and practical feedback on how to improve delivery and assessment, where appropriate.  

We know that delivering digital qualifications can require help from a subject specialist. That’s why when you commit to delivering our digital qualifications you will also be able to reach out to our digital sector manager and subject specialist team. They will be available to offer advice, act as a sounding board for ideas, and provide technical guidance on delivery.  

Transformative learning content 

We’re beginning our journey into transformative digital learning content, and we have many fresh ideas that excite us. Harnessing the most innovative developments in technology to support the teaching of our qualifications. Coming soon: 

• A virtual reality 360-degree tour of a data centre, so learners can see with their own eyes exactly how data storage works 
• Using augmented reality to simulate the experience of solving support issues in the tech industry.  

Our collaborations with industry partners are helping us develop these innovations. By incorporating VR and AR into our learning content delivery, we can increase learner engagement in your delivery and maximise their outcomes.  

How we support you with delivery of our qualifications

We support centres with a range of training options, including support visits, training designed around your needs, and regularly scheduled training with assessment professionals and internal quality assurance (IQA) professionals.
