NCFE and RCNi join forces to support learners ahead of their journey into the nursing workforce

Educational charity NCFE has announced a partnership with RCNi, which will see the provision of additional learning resources for students who are studying T Levels in Health, Healthcare Science, and Science.

NCFE T Level providers can now access RCNi online resource packages, which can be used to support their delivery and empower students ahead of their journey into the nursing workforce.

RCNi – a wholly owned subsidiary of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) – provides products and services in collaboration with, and in support of, the objectives of the RCN.

They offer nurses, nursing students and nursing associates a breadth of online learning resources which support their personal and professional development and revalidation.

The partnership between NCFE and RCNi not only supports and broadens the support to T Level providers and learners, but also reinforces the collective endeavor to enhance the delivery of technical qualifications for the benefit of learners across the board.

By demonstrating the power of synergy and alignment in advancing the learning journey for future nursing professionals, NCFE and RCNi are seeking to redefine the landscape of Health technical qualification (TQ) education.

Together, NCFE and RCNi are not just shaping education; but shaping the future of healthcare professionals.

Mary Pooley, T Level Programme Director at NCFE, said: “We’re delighted to be working in partnership with RCNi to expand the support available for T Levels in Health, Healthcare Science and Science and enhance the value of learning for students ahead of their journey into the nursing workforce.

“We’re committed to developing qualifications in the health and healthcare science sectors to help fill skills gaps, train exceptional practitioners, and ensure no learner who wants to pursue a career in this field is left behind. This collaboration creates an exciting opportunity for us to support RCNi in its role as a lifelong learning partner for nurses, nursing students, nursing support workers and healthcare staff.

“NCFE T Level providers can now access online RCNi resource packages to underpin their T Level delivery and boost outcomes for students looking to establish careers in the nursing workforce.”

Phil Smithers, Commercial Director, at RCNi, said: “RCNi are excited to be working with the NCFE to prepare T-Level students for a career in healthcare by bringing relevant, professional content to supplement the course material.”
