Upcoming critical deadlines

Please ensure all marks are submitted by the deadlines below to avoid delays to moderation and results release. 

V Cert 
  • 30 April 2026 – Level 1/2 Technical Awards – mark submission deadline 
T Levels 
  • 24 April 2026 – Health: Supporting healthcare, Part 1 (PAA) Core – mark submission deadline 
  • 15 May 2026 – Education and Early Years – mark submission deadline 
  • 15 May 2026 – Health: All Part 2 (PAA) Option (Options A-E), – mark submission deadline 
  • 15 May 2026 – Healthcare Science: Assisting with Healthcare Science – mark submission deadline

Other Vocational Technical Qualifications (VTQ)  
  • 23 March 2026 to 29 May 2026 – Term time check window 
  • 30 June 2026 – Deadline for all EQA reviews for VTQ  
  • 10 July 2026 – Most external assessment results are released 
  • 16 July 2026 – Deadline for most centres to claim certificates for VTQ learners to guarantee result on results release day 
  • 13 August 2026 – Level 3 results day 

Sampling and evidence upload for moderated components only: A list of learners for sampling will be generated at 00:01 the day after marks are submitted including any DNAs where a learner did not attempt the assessment or individual task. Your sampling plan list will be available to view in the Portal provided all marks have been entered. You will then have 3 working days to upload learner evidence to the Portal. 

Please note for Education and Early Years visiting moderation only: A sampling plan will only generate if the provider marks are found to be out of tolerance once all marks are submitted.
