Switch to NCFE for EPA – terms and conditions
- Up to 25% of the EPA fee paid to NCFE can be reimbursed on a registration fee paid to another end-point assessment organisation (EPAO)
- The amount will be equivalent to the registration fee paid to another EPAO
- Evidence must be presented to confirm the registration fee paid. This can take the form of the following:
- Redacted invoice
- Screen capture of EPA system
- The reimbursement of a registration fee only applies to apprentices where an EPA registration has been made to another EPAO. This is not applicable to future apprentices; they will be charged the full EPA fee by NCFE
- This offer is applicable up to 31 July 2023 (this will allow timely AY completions up to 31 October 2022)
- This offer is open to new and existing customers
- All new providers must complete the full agreement process for working with NCFE for EPA
- This is only applicable to the following standards:

- Leader in Adult Care
- Business Administrator
- Customer Service Practitioner
- Customer Service Specialist
- Team Leader/Supervisor
