Claim learners’ certificates by Friday 11 July. If your qualification doesn’t include an external assessment and learners are expecting results in August, make sure to claim certificates by this date. For qualifications with external assessments, claim within two working days of receiving confirmed results. Find out more on our timely delivery of results page.

If you have a complaint regarding the centre you are studying at, or the qualification you are studying, you must firstly instigate the internal complaints procedure within your centre. This provides them with a chance to address the issues raised.
Once you have exhausted the complaints procedure at the centre you are studying at and it has been resolved but you still have concerns that you'd like to raise then please submit a complaint to NCFE.
