Help your people thrive with trauma-informed leadership

Flexible training that unlocks stronger performance through compassionate leadership

Could unseen trauma be holding your team back?

70% of us will experience trauma at some point, making it likely to affect your people.

While it isn't always visible, past trauma can have a lasting impact, leading to performance issues, conflict, or disengagement that limits potential.

Without a good understanding of trauma, even experienced leaders can miss the signs and struggle to respond effectively. But with the right skills, you can create a supportive, neuroinclusive culture that brings out the best in every person.

Our trauma-informed leadership pathway

Whether it's for you or leaders throughout your organisation, our three-part CPD pathway offers the practical skills to support team members through the impact of trauma. It includes:

Why take this pathway?

Get the best from your people

Create conditions where every team member feels supported to reach their potential. Trauma-informed leadership could improve performance, engagement, and retention.

Handle difficult situations more effectively

Use your skills to de-escalate conflict, manage challenging conversations, and respond calmly under pressure. All of this improves team dynamics and helps keep everyone on track.

Build a more inclusive culture

Understand the link between trauma and neurodivergence, and create an environment that supports different needs.

Strengthen your impact as a leader

Reflect on your leadership style, triggers, and approach to wellbeing. Better self-awareness helps you build the trust and psychological safety essential for high-performing teams.

What is trauma?

Trauma is a severe emotional response to a deeply distressing event. It can have a long-lasting impact on someone's life, changing how they regulate their emotions, handle relationships, and navigate situations. Even years after a traumatic event, it could cause someone to feel unsafe, helpless, and ashamed. Trauma is highly personal, and people are triggered and affected in very different ways.
