Sports and leisure
We offer apprenticeship assessment and end-point assessment (EPA) services across a range of apprenticeship standards in sports and leisure. Following the integration of the NCFE and Active IQ end-point assessment organisations (EPAOs), we deliver EPA through a single EPAO regulated by NCFE. Roles within these sectors can include, but are not limited to, Sports Coach, Personal Trainer, Facilities Management, Community Activator Coach and Outdoor Activity Instructor.
The sports, leisure and facilities sectors play an important role in supporting health and wellbeing, providing opportunities for physical activity and ensuring safe, effective facilities and services. Apprenticeships in these sectors offer a valuable opportunity to combine on-the-job training and practical workplace experience with off-the-job learning to develop occupational knowledge and skills.
