Claim learners’ certificates by Friday 11 July. If your qualification doesn’t include an external assessment and learners are expecting results in August, make sure to claim certificates by this date. Preparing for moderation
Thank you for submitting marks and evidence for your learners. We’re aware that some of you recently experienced challenges when uploading student evidence for our T Level qualifications and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We want to assure you that we’re addressing these issues as a priority, so that we can provide a more robust service for future windows.

What will happen next?
Following initial moderation, if the Moderator needs to sample the entire cohort of students, your Programme Contact and Exams Officer will be contacted and asked to upload the remaining evidence. Once prompted, evidence must be submitted via the Portal in three working days, so please be prepared.
Failure to submit evidence within the required timescales could result in delays to final moderation and student resultsand affect your provider's risk rating following moderation. This may also result in potential maladministration which will be referred to our Provider Assurance team for further review.
