Certificate claims – dispatch timescales

If we receive a signed off certificate claim (via Direct Claim Status or your External Quality Assurer) before 5pm, this will be dispatched the next working day.

Claims received after 5pm will be dispatched on the second working day.

Timescales for dispatching to international addresses will vary.
