Book your learners onto the non-examined assessment (NEA)
For learners planning to sit the NEA in 2022-23 for any of the qualifications listed above, please ensure they’re booked onto the relevant assessment topic in the Portal. If you have learners who are booked, but no longer taking the assessment this session, the booking must be cancelled. If the learner plans to take the assessment next session, a booking can be made when this becomes available.

Withdraw learners
If learners are registered on any of the above qualifications but are no longer completing, they must be withdrawn in the Portal as soon as possible. This will ensure we have a clear record of learners who are due to complete this session and we’ll be able to offer you the appropriate support.
Grade submission deadline
Any grades for the synoptic project submitted in the Portal after Friday 26 May 2023 will be considered as a late submission and results aren’t guaranteed to be issued in line with results day in August.
If you know in advance that your learners’ grades will be submitted after the final submission date, let us know as soon as possible by completing our late grade notification form.
EQA reviews
These should be arranged as soon as possible with a planned date of no later than Monday 31 July 2023 to guarantee your results can be issued in line with results day in August.
Final certification date
We recommend you review all registered learners and ensure any learners who have successfully completed the qualification in previous years have been certificated accordingly. The final date for certification for all learners on these qualifications is 31 December 2024.
